Dear Pastor,
Your musings on Numbers 20 is marvelous. I am a retired pastor and love your clear exposition on the text. I have been ordained for 36 years. The wisdom of age of which you speak is a marvelous gift, indeed. The insight into God’s blessing the people even though His “office holder” sinned is so right. That we all have our “stuff” is spot on. And, we who are in the Holy Office truly do need to remember the office.
By the way, my daughter and her husband, when newly married, were members in Denver with you for a short time. We thank God for you and your ongoing ministry.
